Exploring the Neighborhood
Occasionally referred to as Boston’s “Secret Garden,” Bay Village has one of the smallest neighborhood populations in the city. Brick buildings with shops, restaurants and residences line the streets of this miniscule section of Boston. This area has a handful of parking lots and institutional properties that may be viable development sites in the future.
Per Capita Income value is shared with Chinatown and Downtown
