The neighborhood registered 82 total deals over $2M that brought in $310,825,800 of sales volume. The average price per square foot is above $2,000 this year, and some transactions even crossed the $4,000/SF threshold. Penthouse D in 300 Pier Four Blvd was both the highest priced condo sold in the area at $15.2M and held the highest price per square foot at a whopping $4,654/SF (the high watermark across the entire city)!
